The Aces Casino Blog: This Short Blog Post Will Make PERFECT Sense, If You're A Long-Time Godzilla Fan

Finally.

Godzilla returns to the silver screen, brought there by a director (Gareth Edwards) that is truly a fan of the genre, much like Peter Jackson was when he made "King Kong."  It's been 16 years since Roland Emmerich's dopey "Godzilla" film hit movie theaters, and the main reason that it took so long to get another film was most likely the fact that the 1998 film STUNK.

Whatever that big lizard was in Emmerich's film, it sure as Hades was NOT "Godzilla."  Skinny lil' runt... And the premise that Gojira was a MOM?  Get the heck out of here, you sequel-seducing ruination machine.  Here, in 36 seconds, is what we thought about the 1998 "Godzilla" film, courtesy of Aces Casino, your orange county casino night Movie reviewers...

Revenge!  Pregnant, my butt.  How about a little FIRE, Scarecrow?

OK, rant over at the top orange county casino party company on the west coast.  We're going to the movies.  Thank you, Gareth Edwards, and thank you, Gojira.  Pass the popcorn.  See you on Monday.
