Aces Casino Blog: Part Three Of Our Look At The WSOP Deals With One Of Our Favorite Things About the Tourney - Bad Beats, Blow-Ups, and Surprises

When the Aces Casino Blog decided to publish their five-part series on the "Best of the WSOP," they knew exactly what this Orange County casino party company was getting into, all along.  Sure, we knew we'd touch on a few of our favorite players on the WSOP circuit, but we ALSO knew we'd stray into the area of "what the heck just happened" moments, too.....

To that end, we move to part 3 of our "Best Of WSOP" series with the topic we couldn't wait to get to.... The "Bad Beats and Blow-Ups of the WSOP."  Now, to be truthful with our many (4?) readers of the A. C. Blog, one or two of the blow-ups listed in the second part of today's YouTube discovery aren't actually WSOP occurrences, but we're the Aces Casino Blog - We can take a few liberties.

We'll start off with the "Bad Beat" section of our post today, with this "gem" involving Johnathan Duhamel and his opponent about to receive the nastiest bad beat in WSOP history, IMHO, Ben Affleck (No not the guy from Argo.  THIS guy is a PLAYA, GREAT poker pro).  Watch this video with one eye closed, if bad beats scare you like this one would....

One of the worst bad beats the WSOP has ever seen...

That vid hurts me every time I see it..Fortunately for moi, we can quickly move from the pain of poker to the pure pleasure of the game -- Watching someone else LOSE IT at the tables....This 22-minute montage features our five favorite "blow-up moments" in poker.....Sit back, and watch the fireworks!  (Caution - Salty language ahead...)

Top 5 Poker Blow-Ups... Classic Piece of YouTube Footage.

So, I ask ya...Was THAT worth it?  I don't know about you, but I sure do feel better, especially since a certain bad beat hit ME online a few hours ago (my A-A cracked by 76o PRE/FLOP), and I needed a place to vent.  Nothing like coming to work at the top Orange County casino party company on the west coast to help with the stress of playing poker...

OK, that's all for today, my friends...Tomorrow, as the "31 posts in 31 days blog-a-thon" continues, we'll  move to Part Four of our "Best Of WSOP" series.  (Hint: Two Words -- Phil Ivey.)  See you then!
