Aces Casino "College of Casino Game Knowledge:" 21.5 "Pure" Blackjack - The Wave Of The Future???

Anyone that is an "avid" reader of the Aces Casino Blog knows that this fine Orange County casino party company prides itself on being the leading edge when it comes to the Orange County casino night party scene.  Our many clients come to us when they're looking for cutting-edge casino technology as well as the latest casino night game inventions that are coming to a casino near them in the not-so-distant future.

To that end, believe me when we say "all in a day's work."  (Ed. Note: Big talk from a company whose motto is "this beats working.")

No one keeps up with the latest trends quire like Aces Casino, so when word came down from our state capital that a newly-invented authorized casino game was making itself available from the fine folks at TXB Industries, well, we were pretty darned curious as to what it was.

There's a ".5" in there somewhere, I'm sure.  At least, I HOPE so.

At first glance, "21.5" looks a lot like what is commonly known in our industry as "California Blackjack," which is a game that our crack dealing staff has already been trained in.  Now, the Aces Casino night party crew has their initial impressions about "21.5," but we thought we'd hold off on any opinions in regards to the game until we can thoroughly play-test it in our home environment (specifically, with our Orange County casino party clients), and look at the numbers in a more accurate, scientific survey.  (Ed. Note: Sounds like the dart board is going to get more work.)

Thanks to our friends over at TXB Industries that have provided us with the parameters of their latest creation, anyone interested in perusing the actual rules of the game as well as the model for how the game is played can look no further than this link they've provided. There's much more to discuss here than just raw play-test data, so rest assured we'll give "21.5" a thorough going-over when all of the results of our work on the game comes in.  Also, we'd love to hear from any of our readers that would like to comment on their exposure to "21.5," and what they love about the game.

Again, we'll have more on the game that we here at the Orange County casino party leader call "the Fraction" later on in our goofy blog.  But for now, we'll be back on Thursday with another parakeet paper-worthy effort.  Let us know what you'd like us to discuss - We're all ears.  Oh, and on a side note: Best wishes to "The Wizard of Odds," one of the most trusted casino game analysts in the business.  Get well soon, Wiz, and get out of that hospital!  To steal a line from the "M.A.S.H." sitcom, "Hospital food is not meant to be taken internally!"  We hope all of our friends out there have a great week this Valentine's Day week, and we'll see you back here on Thursday!
